Indonesia's trusted partner for sports betting, live casino, and premium gaming entertainment
jp138 was founded with a clear mission: to deliver world-class sports betting and casino gaming experiences specifically tailored for Indonesian players. We recognized that Indonesian bettors deserved a platform that understands their unique preferences—from the passion for BRI Liga 1 and international football leagues to the popularity of traditional games like togel (Indonesia's numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting). Our platform combines cutting-edge gaming technology with deep local market knowledge to create an experience that feels both globally sophisticated and authentically Indonesian.
Since our launch, we have grown to serve players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Palembang, and every major city in the archipelago. We've built our reputation on three core pillars: lightning-fast local bank transfers and e-wallet integration, 24/7 Indonesian-speaking customer support, and a gaming library that spans everything from EPL live betting to Evolution Gaming live dealer tables and thousands of slot gacor titles (Indonesian slang for hot-streak slots). Our commitment goes beyond simply offering games—we aim to create a trusted, secure, and entertaining environment where Indonesian players can enjoy premium betting and gaming with complete peace of mind.
At jp138, we believe in responsible gaming and transparent operations. Every player on our platform must be 21 years of age or older, and we provide comprehensive tools for setting deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options for those who need a break. Our platform is built on provably fair gaming principles, with all slot and casino game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) clearly displayed and independently verified. We partner exclusively with licensed game providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other industry leaders to ensure every spin, every hand, and every bet meets international fairness standards.
What sets jp138 apart from other platforms is our obsessive focus on the Indonesian player experience. We support all major local banks—BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI—as well as popular e-wallets like OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are processed instantly, and withdrawals are completed within 1-24 hours depending on your VIP tier, with Diamond-tier members enjoying same-day payouts. Our customer support team consists of native Indonesian speakers available around the clock via live chat and email, ensuring you never feel lost or unsupported, regardless of the time zone.
Our sports betting coverage is second to none in the Indonesian market. We offer live and pre-match betting on BRI Liga 1, featuring all the major clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, Arema FC, PSM Makassar, and Persebaya Surabaya. International football fans can bet on the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Champions League, Europa League, FIFA World Cup, and regional tournaments like the AFF Cup where Timnas Indonesia (the national team, nicknamed Garuda) competes. We specialize in Asian handicap markets (voor bola), mix parlay accumulators, over/under, both teams to score (BTTS), correct score, and live in-play betting with dynamic odds that update in real-time as matches unfold.
Beyond football, jp138 offers comprehensive betting on basketball (NBA, Euroleague, Indonesian IBL), badminton (All England, Indonesia Open, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup—Indonesia's strongest Olympic sport), volleyball, tennis (Grand Slams, ATP, WTA), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit races), Formula 1, UFC/MMA, boxing, and esports. Indonesian esports fans can bet on Mobile Legends MPL (Indonesia's premier mobile gaming league), PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Dota 2, CS:GO, League of Legends, and Valorant tournaments. Our esports betting section has grown rapidly as competitive gaming explodes in popularity among younger Indonesian bettors, and we're proud to support this vibrant community with fair odds and instant settlement.
We employ bank-level SSL encryption to protect all player data and financial transactions. Your personal information, betting history, and account balance are secured with the same technology used by major Indonesian banks. We never share your data with third parties without explicit consent, and all payment processing is handled through certified, PCI-compliant gateways.
Every decision we make starts with one question: "Is this best for our players?" From designing our VIP loyalty program with transparent tier requirements to ensuring our withdrawal process is as fast and friction-free as possible, we prioritize your experience above all else. Our generous cashback program, birthday bonuses, and exclusive VIP tournaments are our way of saying thank you for choosing jp138 as your gaming home.
We take responsible gaming seriously. jp138 provides tools for setting daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Our support team is trained to recognize signs of problem gambling and will proactively reach out if we notice concerning patterns. We partner with BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy, and local Indonesian counseling services to provide resources for players who need help.
All games on jp138 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested and audited. Our slot games display their RTP percentages transparently, and our live casino dealers use real cards and wheels in studios monitored by multiple cameras. Sports betting odds are derived from global markets and adjusted in real-time based on betting volumes and match developments, ensuring competitive and fair lines across all markets.
Our Indonesian-speaking support team averages a 2-minute response time on live chat and resolves most inquiries within a single conversation. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including during major holidays like Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Whether you need help with a deposit, have questions about a bet settlement, or want guidance on using a bonus, our team is here to assist in your language, on your schedule.
The online gaming industry evolves rapidly, and we stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating our platform with the latest games, features, and technologies. We were among the first platforms to offer Spribe's Aviator crash game, which became a massive hit in the Indonesian market. We regularly add new slot titles on release day, expand our live casino offerings with new game shows and tables, and improve our mobile interface based on player feedback. Innovation isn't just about technology—it's about listening to our community and building the features you want.

Return to Homepage View FAQ Responsible Gamingjp138 is more than just a betting platform—we're part of the Indonesian online gaming community. We understand the unique rhythms of Indonesian life: the excitement of BRI Liga 1 match days, the anticipation of major badminton tournaments where Indonesian players compete for gold, the festive atmosphere during Idul Fitri when families gather and celebration is in the air, and the national pride when Timnas Indonesia takes the field. We schedule our promotions around these cultural moments, offer special bonuses during major holidays, and ensure our customer support is fully staffed even during peak festival periods when other platforms scale back.
We recognize that Indonesian players prefer different betting styles compared to Western markets. Asian handicap betting is far more popular here than traditional 1X2 markets because it offers better value and eliminates the draw outcome. Mix parlay betting is a beloved strategy among Indonesian punters who enjoy the thrill of combining multiple selections into one high-odds accumulator. Our platform is optimized for these preferences, with prominent placement of Asian handicap lines, dedicated mix parlay builders, and educational content explaining advanced betting strategies in clear, accessible language.
Payment processing is where many international platforms fail Indonesian players, but it's where jp138 excels. We've built direct integrations with all major Indonesian banks and e-wallets, meaning your deposits appear in your account instantly and withdrawals are processed to your local bank account within hours, not days. There are no currency conversion fees, no international wire charges, and no confusing exchange rates—everything is denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) from start to finish. Whether you prefer traditional bank transfers through BCA or BRI, or modern e-wallet payments via OVO or DANA, we've got you covered with options that match how Indonesians actually manage their money.
Looking ahead, jp138 remains committed to continuous improvement and innovation. We listen closely to player feedback through our customer support channels, social media presence, and community forums. When players request new features—whether it's additional payment methods, specific game titles, new sports markets, or interface improvements—we take those requests seriously and work to implement the most popular suggestions. Our development roadmap includes expanded esports coverage as Mobile Legends and Free Fire tournaments grow in Indonesia, new live casino tables during peak hours (evening WIB when most Indonesian players are active), and enhanced mobile features for players who primarily access jp138 from their smartphones.
Security and player protection remain our highest priorities as we grow. We invest heavily in fraud detection systems, anti-money-laundering protocols, and responsible gaming tools to ensure jp138 remains a safe environment for entertainment, not a platform for problem gambling or financial harm. Every new player must complete identity verification (KYC) to prevent underage gambling and ensure funds come from legitimate sources. Our responsible gaming team monitors player behavior patterns and intervenes when we detect signs of excessive gambling, offering support resources and recommending cooling-off periods or self-exclusion when appropriate.
As we continue serving Indonesian players, we remain grateful for the trust you've placed in jp138. Whether you're here for the thrill of live sports betting during an EPL weekend, the excitement of chasing a progressive jackpot on a slot game, the authenticity of live dealer blackjack, or the cultural familiarity of togel and sabung ayam, we're honored to be your chosen platform. Thank you for making jp138 your gaming home. We look forward to celebrating your wins, supporting you through the inevitable losses, and being your trusted partner in entertainment for years to come. Welcome to the jp138 family—where Indonesian players come first, always.
